Returns & Exchanges

• Products can be exchanged in case of a manufacturing defect or order error.
• Products can be exchanged if recommended by our team and not approved by the customer.
• Products cannot be exchanged or returned if they were chosen solely by the customer.

Payment Methods

• We offer cash on delivery or e-wallet payments to ensure our customers’ comfort and trust.
• For new customers only, a 50% deposit is required for orders starting from EGP 500.

Delivery

• Orders are delivered within 3 to 7 business days, depending on the nature of the order.
• Delivery is currently available in Cairo only (we are working on expanding to other governorates).
• Free delivery is offered to residents of Gamal Abdel Nasser Street in Gesr Al Suez.
• Free delivery is also available to the nearest metro station.
• Shipping fees are determined based on the delivery area and are clarified to the customer before confirming the order.
